Caswell House is a family-run estate shaped by a legacy of care, restoration, and deep connection to the land. Once a working farm, now an exclusive retreat, it has been thoughtfully preserved and restored to honour our history while embracing the future.

A luxury Cotswold estate, waiting to be discovered
Dating back to 1485, Caswell House stands as an enduring link to a medieval past, its barns and stonework preserving centuries of history. Once part of a larger settlement, the estate retains its own natural spring—a source of life for generations.
Over time, the estate has evolved while remaining true to its heritage. The southern range preserves 15th-century details, from stone-slated roofs to arched doorways, while later additions, including the Granary and Coach House, have been sensitively restored over the years.
While much has changed, Caswell remains true to its origins—a place informed by history, nurtured with care, and designed to be shared for generations to come.
